• Orders $200.00 and up (after discounts, before tax) are eligible for free shipping
• Orders less than $200.00 (after discounts, before tax) - $22.00 Flat Rate plus tax
• All orders will be shipped via Canada Post Expedited Post.  You will receive a tracking Number

If  an item is damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of invoice date .

For any return and exchanges, please contact us by email at [email protected]. All returns and exchanges of new, unused and packaged items and products must be requested within 14 days of invoice date. You will be responsible for any postage required for all returns.

There are no returns or exchanges accepted for opened packages or product, pens, markers, paper or dies.
